Chambers Now Blogging for IPG

Former in-plant manager Ray Chambers, now a consultant with the Chambers Management Group, has started blogging on the In-Plant Graphics Web site. His blog, "Management Counts," draws from his experiences to offer management strategies and tools that will give managers an edge when they have to defend their in-plants.

The latest installment covers the importance of telling upper management what you do and why your in-plant is important to the organization—without overwhelming them with too much information. Find out what type of information your boss will respond to, and include that data in your reports.
