After years of declining impression numbers, David Hughes knew his in-plant could not sit idly by if it was to make a rebound. So to find out how to better serve his customers within Salem-Keizer Public Schools, he and his staff made it a priority to venture outside the in-plant's walls for face-to-face conversations with other district employees.
