IPMA Board Meets in Milwaukee
Braving the chilly Wisconsin winter weather, In-plant Printing and Mailing Association board members met earlier this week in Milwaukee, the site of the upcoming IPMA conference and vendor fair. In keeping with the slogan of this year’s conference (just three months away), the board was in “Full Throttle Communication” as they discussed conference plans, membership growth, chapter and regional events, and the recent merger with the National Government Publishing Association. The board even paid a visit to the Harley-Davidson Museum to finalize plans for the evening outing at the June 8-12 conference.
This year's IPMA conference will cover important in-plant topics like building strong teams, prevailing over outsourcing threats, color management, merging print and mail, Web-to-print, Lean team building, wide-format inkjet, equipment ROI and much more. Well known industry experts Frank Romano and Howie Fenton will lead sessions, and IPG Editor Bob Neubauer will offer a look at the state of the industry.
Early bird registration ends tomorrow, March 1, so sign up today and save $200. And watch for IPMA's newsletter, appearing in the pages of IPG for the first time in March.
