After hosting a successful In-plant Road Show in February at the Houston Metropolitan Transit Authority, the In-plant Printing and Mailing Association (IPMA) brought its second Road Show of 2025 to Boulder, Colorado, on July 24.
Hosted by the University of Colorado, it brought together managers from 11 in-plants for a full day of networking and education at the University Memorial Center.
Represented were managers from Colorado State University, Cherry Creek School District, Charles Schwab, Arapahoe County Government, Illinois Legislative Printing Unit, Intermountain Health, and the states of Colorado and New Mexico, among others.
After a welcome from Brad Lenhart, manager of Imaging Services at UC, Ricoh’s Debbie Pavletich took the stage with a presentation on “Innovation Driving Success.” This was followed by a roundtable discussion that let in-plant managers discuss problems they are having in their shops and seek advice from their peers. Additional presentations from Racami and General Formulations followed, along with an interactive networking lunch.
Then managers had a chance to visit the booths set up by 15 exhibitors and talk with them about the solutions they provide. They also got a tour of the Imaging Services operation.
This was just the second Road Show of the year planned by IPMA. These events are free to all in-plants. Next up is a Road Show at the University of Tennessee Knoxville on August 14. See the full list of upcoming IPMA Road Shows here.
