Milton Walsey of Benchmark Graphics Passes at 101

NEW YORK—March 25, 2013—Milton Walsey, past chairman of the board of Benchmark Graphics, and previously a principal and executive vice president of sales for Parish Press—both companies located in New York City—passed away March 17, 2013 at the age of 101.

Walsey was active at Benchmark Graphics well into his 90's and was involved in multiple areas of management, production and sales. Parish Press was the first printer to install heatset web printing in midtown New York.

Walsey was featured on the cover of Printing Impressions several years ago and commented for the publication on his many reflections on the changing scene in our industry. The business which has been in business for more than 40 years, continues to be run by his son Steven as it has since 1990.
