Motivation by Chocolate Webinar

At last month's IPMA conference, keynote speaker Denise Ryan presented a session about motivation called “Motivation by Chocolate,” in which she shared nine life lessons. Throughout the Orlando conference, attendees were given the opportunity to share life lessons that motivate them.

In a webinar next week, you can learn about these life lessons cited by conference attendees, and use them as a framework to understand motivation in your own in-plant. Taking place on Tuesday, July 14th at 1:00 EST, the webinar is open only to IPMA members. In this informal discussion, led by Rochester Software Associates, you will:

• Be taken through the nine lessons discussed in the IPMA session.
• Learn which lessons attendees felt were most applicable to them.
• Learn which apply to you and your shop.
• Be provided with the tools to create your own workshop.
