Two months after it acquired Printer's Plan from SoftUSE, PagePath has decided to eliminate the Printer’s Plan Annual Support and Update fees for many customers using PagePath’s monthly online ordering and web-to-print solution, MyOrderDesk.
"MyOrderDesk already integrates with Printer’s Plan, but we’re working hard to make it even stronger. This new policy won’t surprise any of our current customers who’ve already experienced our customer-first attitude. It just makes sense to offer this loyalty benefit,” explains Gregory Witek, CEO of PagePath. “This is a big deal, saving some customers more than $2,000 every year.”
Printer's Plan was launched in 1987, and since then thousands of print shops have relied on it to handle job estimating, job tracking, purchasing, costing, billing and more.
