PRINTING United Alliance, the most comprehensive member-based printing and graphic arts association in North America, will welcome the global printing community to PRINTING United Expo 2026, September 23–25 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Nearly 850 exhibitors spanning one million square feet will showcase hundreds of anticipated product launches across commercial, apparel, wide-format, labels and packaging, mailing, in-plant, industrial, promotional, and other market segments. Attendees will experience what is changing across print and discover what those changes can mean for their businesses. Register to attend at: www.printingunited.com/register.

“PRINTING United Expo is about what happens when the entire industry comes together and gets a clear look at what’s possible next,” said Josh Carruth, EVP, Expositions, PRINTING United Alliance. “Every part of the experience is designed to spark discovery, challenge conventional thinking, build meaningful connections, and help attendees turn new ideas into action. Our goal is for everyone to leave Las Vegas more connected, more ambitious, and more energized about what comes next.”

Nearly 850 Exhibitors Showcasing the Industry’s Latest Technology

Across the expansive show floor, attendees can compare technologies, see equipment running live, speak directly with manufacturers and solution providers, and evaluate opportunities across multiple market segments, all under one roof.

Exhibitors are preparing to unveil new hardware, workflow tools, AI-enabled solutions, finishing systems, production technologies, and more. The breadth of the Expo allows attendees to explore solutions beyond their core businesses while identifying new applications, partnerships, and potential revenue streams.

Third Annual Media Day Program

Select product announcements will be previewed for registered media during the third annual Media Day on Tuesday, September 22, followed by three days of demonstrations, product briefings, press tours, and show-floor launches.
