Southern Lithoplate to Buy Konica Minolta Plate Business
Konica Minolta Graphic Imaging will sell its offset printing plate business, including subsidiary American Lithoplate, to Southern Lithoplate. The anticipated closing is scheduled for October 1, one week from today. The decision to sell was based on the long-term strategy of Konica Minolta Medical & Graphic.
