State of Louisiana In-plant Hosts IPMA Road Show
On July 16, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, the In-plant Printing and Mailing Association (IPMA) held one of its popular Road Shows at the State of Louisiana’s OTS Production Support Services operation. The event drew 25 attendees from 10 in-plants including the states of Louisiana and Tennessee, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana, Livingston Parish School Board, and Disability Services. Fifteen different sponsors and vendors supported the one-day mini-conference.

After a welcome by Ethan Gremillion, director of Statewide Print & Mail, and Theresa Ticker, IT Statewide manager, Swag Solutions’ Dan Steinborn led a session telling attendees how they can turn their in-plants into apparel and swag-selling powerhouses. Xerox also provided an educational session. Then attendees had a chance to visit the booths set up by exhibitors and talk with them about the solutions they provide.
After lunch, attendees got a tour of OTS Production Services, the fifth largest government in-plant in the country by employees, according to In-plant Impressions’ December 2025 ranking. The in-plant has more than 80 employees

Bob has served as editor of In-plant Impressions since October of 1994. Prior to that he served for three years as managing editor of Printing Impressions, a commercial printing publication. Mr. Neubauer is very active in the U.S. in-plant industry. He attends all the major in-plant conferences and has visited 200 in-plant operations around the world. He has given presentations to numerous in-plant groups in the U.S., Canada and Australia, including the Association of College and University Printers and the In-plant Printing and Mailing Association. He also coordinates the annual In-Print contest, co-sponsored by IPMA and In-plant Impressions.
