The boards of directors of both the In-plant Printing and Mailing Association and the National Government Publishing Association have announced that, effective February 1, NGPA will merge with IPMA to form a single, unified association.
As part of this merger, IPMA is pleased to announce the appointment of Mike Lincoln as IPMA's secretary/treasurer, replacing Larry Wright, who has served in this capacity for many years. Lincoln most recently served as president of NGPA, the 34th president of the association. NGPA traces its roots back to 1977, when it was formed as the National State Printing Association by Nevada State Printer Donald Bailey.
