University of Oklahoma Leaps Into Digital Color
Now that the NexPress is in, the in-plant is already diverting jobs to it from its five-color MAN Roland. One early success came when a customer asked for 100 advanced copies of a magazine that the shop was preparing to put on press. The NexPress handled it with no problem.
“It actually matched almost perfectly with the press sheets,” Sarantakos says. “All the crossovers, they hit exactly.” Needless to say, the client was elated.
