Ricoh announced it will acquire Tokyo-based LAC Corporation as part of its "Ricoh Ignite" growth strategy to strengthen its printing technology portfolio. Ricoh plans to create value for customers by combining LAC’s inkjet solutions with Ricoh’s technologies.
