Fayetteville State University’s in-plant has done it again. A year after giving a graphics facelift to the university’s library, the three-employee in-plant has decorated the bland cinderblock walls of the school’s aquatic center in FSU colors and logos.

By decorating the bland cinderblock walls of Fayetteville State University’s aquatic center, Bronco Printing Solutions infused the pool area with school spirit. We talked with Supervisor Gary Warren to learn what went into this installation. 

The newly launched models include the AP-640 resin printer, the LG-640/540/300 high-productivity UV printer/cutters, and the value-packed MG-640/300 UV printer/cutters.

Spire Motorsports will be adding another MUTOH printer to its shop for both race cars Nos. 7 and 77 Chevrolet Camaros, transporters, and more. Spire Motorsports chose MUTOH’s XpertJet printer and ValueCut cutter in 2022, resulting in excellent print quality for its NASCAR efforts.

A shift in the type of printing it is being asked to do has inspired Kishwaukee College Printing and Mail Services to upgrade its wide-format printing capabilities and add a new digital color printer with in-line binding.

The new desktop model offers roll and cut sheet options to support printing of technical documents, posters, flyers and more.

While wide-format printing is a growing service for nearly every in-plant, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Printing Division has developed a unique and successful niche. Its fine art reproduction and custom framing operation serves a vital need for the Church.

A primary benefit of direct-to-textile printing is eliminating the cost of using transfer paper. Typically, this is not a significant difference as the direct-to-textile print process can use more ink; however, the cost savings can add up.
