Bob has served as editor of In-plant Impressions since October of 1994. Prior to that he served for three years as managing editor of Printing Impressions, a commercial printing publication. Mr. Neubauer is very active in the U.S. in-plant industry. He attends all the major in-plant conferences and has visited more than 170 in-plant operations around the world. He has given presentations to numerous in-plant groups in the U.S., Canada and Australia, including the Association of College and University Printers and the In-plant Printing and Mailing Association. Fayetteville State University’s in-plant has done it again. A year after giving a graphics facelift to the university’s library, the three-employee in-plant has decorated the bland cinderblock walls of the school’s aquatic center in FSU colors and logos.

When Gary Warren got wind of a major, multi-phase project that entailed repurposing Fayetteville State University’s library, the in-plant stepped in to produce and install the graphics for this project.

More than 80 college and university in-plant managers are meeting in Mesa, Ariz., right now for the 49th annual Association of College and University Printers (ACUP) conference. The first two days of the event featured some excellent presentations and discussions on topics like building a strategic business plan, equipment justification and customer service.
