Here’s a breakdown of what’s still available:
- Continuous Contact Promotion - Now through December 31, 2025
Save 3% on repeat mailings to the same address. Keep your brand top of mind by following up with targeted direct mail. This promotion rewards you for strategic campaigns that build over time. The first mailing doesn’t qualify, but each follow-up can. - Reply Mail IMbA Promotion - Now through December 31, 2025
Save 3%–6% on reply mail. Use a static barcode to save 3%, or go serialized for 6%. This is a great incentive for organizations using Business Reply Mail to streamline responses. Note: This promotion can’t be combined with the add-ons below. - First-Class Mail Advertising Promotion - September 1 – December 31, 2025
Save 3% If you’re using First-Class Mail for promotional content or offers, this is your opportunity to cut postage without cutting reach. - Integrated Technology Promotion - Any 6-month period you choose in 2025
Save 3% Add digital elements like QR codes, video-in-print, voice assistants, augmented reality, or NFC to your mail and qualify for this discount. You still have time to start a 6-month run before the year ends.
Add-On Bonuses (Stackable Discounts)
You can combine the following with any of the above (except IMbA):
- Informed Delivery (+1% or +1.5% with eDoc submission)
Pair your mail piece with a clickable digital preview in recipients' daily Informed Delivery email. - Sustainability (+1%)
Use paper that’s FSC- or SFI-certified to unlock additional savings.

Save 10% If you send catalogs with product listings and ordering options, this new promotion could offer major savings through mid-2026.
What This Means for You
