The annual PRINTING United Expo brings people together from every corner of the printing industry to refresh their knowledge, foster connections with old friends and new acquaintances alike, and see the latest technology that is driving innovation.
This year’s Expo is expected to be especially strong on that last point. The sold-out show floor will play host to technologies that span diverse printing segments, including apparel decoration, label and package printing, wide-format printing, and commercial printing. The cherry on top is the presence of some of this year’s best of the best: recipients of the 2025 Pinnacle Product Awards.
Read on to learn about a few of the 2025 Pinnacle Products that will be on display during the largest and most comprehensive printing event in North America, being held this year in sunny Orlando, Florida, Oct. 22-24.

Durst North America
Product: P5 350 HS
Award: UV/Latex Hybrid (More than $500K)
Booth 3156
The P5 350 HS is an all-in-one hybrid solution for roll and board printing. The UV-LED printer runs at speeds of up to 7,000 sq. ft./hr., and can accommodate media up to 138". It can print on substrates such as rolls, sheets, corrugated cardboard, and even heavy media such as plexiglass, making it a fit for corrugated packaging and wide-format jobs.
Additional features include:
- Space-saving foldable tables for rigid printing.
- Multitrack printing for up to six independent printing queues for rigid materials, as well as multiroll and dual-roll printing for flexible materials.
- Special ink effects such as Durst Relief white and color, Full Pattern, and Extra gloss relief.
- Manual, three-quarter, and fully automated feed configurations.

Vanguard Digital Printing Systems
Products: Vanguard Radnor and Vanguard VK3220T-HS
Awards: UV/Latex Hybrid ($100K-$500K) and UV/Latex Flatbed + White ($200K-$500K), respectively

The 3.2m Radnor UV-LED hybrid printing system handles both rigid and roll substrates. With up to 18 configurable printheads, large-capacity ink tanks, and continuous print mode, it achieves speeds of up to 6,146 sq. ft./hr. and offers optional white and varnish channels for expanded applications, which include PVC, cardboard, metal, fabric, and more.
Additional features include:
- Integrated X-axis manual cutter and Y-axis slitter for efficient
finishing. - Mirrored operation controls on front and back, plus foot-pedal control.
- Redesigned input/output tables with flip-up extensions for longer sheets.
- Left and right home registration points for accurate two-sided printing.
- Automatic board registration.
Also being showcased at Vanguard’s Expo booth is the VK3220T-HS, which reaches speeds greater than 3,800 sq. ft./hr. The flatbed UV-LED printer features up to three rows of Kyocera printheads, a four-picoliter drop size, and an advanced carriage-drive system. With its large 126x80" bed and productivity-focused design, it helps print providers expand capacity and meet demands for high quality. Like the Radnor, the VK3220T-HS can print on a wide range of substrates, including but not limited to wood, canvas, corrugated board, and plastic.

Product: QUATRO CUTTER X Direct-to-Film Transfer Film Cutter

The M&R QUATRO CUTTER X Direct-to-Film (DTF) Transfer Film Cutter is a versatile cutting system designed to automate PET film cutting after transfers are printed and cured on the M&R QUATRO DTF Transfer Printing System. It uses a rotary wheel blade for cutting along the X-axis of PET film.

DAF Products
Product: Fedrigoni F-Print (formerly F-Jet) Natural Fibers Ultra Rem
Award: Media — Adhesive Back (Not Vinyl)

Offered in the United States by DAF Products, Fedrigoni F-Print Natural Fibers Ultra Rem is a white-matte self-adhesive media. The substrate is made from 100% post-consumer recycled fibers and is compatible with latex, UV, and inkjet printers. It was made with short-term indoor graphics in mind, and is a good fit for applications such as POS advertising, indoor window graphics, and advertising panels.
Additional features include:
- REACH and RoHS compliance.
- Recyclability in the paper recycling stream.
- Clear, ultra-removable water-based acrylic adhesive for
residue-free removal.

Fisher Textiles
Product: DD7703 Lined Flag
Award: Media — Textile — Flag

One of Fisher Textiles’ three Pinnacle Products this year was the DD7703 Lined Flag. Designed for wide-format, two-sided outdoor applications, the lightweight media has a width of 126". By combining the printable surface and a light-blocking coating into a single substrate, it eliminates the need for a separate liner.
Additional features include:
- Weighs just 5.6 oz./sq. yd., balancing lightness with performance.
- Compatible with dye-sublimation (both transfer and direct) and UV-curable printing.
- Provides consistent performance and efficiency.

Product: HYPERFLEX-SBRU9
Award: Media — Banner (Non-Textile)

HYPERFLEX-SBRU9 is a 9-mil., non-curl rigid banner engineered for high-quality retractable banner stands and indoor signage. It’s available in 150'. rolls with a width of 60", allowing shops to run longer jobs with fewer roll changes and less waste. The gray back blocks light, making it a good fit for POP displays, trade shows, and retail signage. Eco-solvent, latex, and UV inks are all effective on this substrate.
Additional features include:
- Lay-flat construction eliminates edge curl, and ensures a professional look without lamination.
- The large roll size reduces labor demands and improves cost-
