After attending multiple case study presentations during the Inkjet Summit this week, attendees got to vote on their favorites.

I just returned late last night from my ninth Inkjet Summit where I had a lot of opportunities to talk with the two dozen or so in-plant managers who attended. Their assessment: getting inkjet is no longer a “why” question but a “when.”

It's been a busy spring. After returning from Switzerland for Hunkeler Innovationdays, I traveled to Lincoln, Nebraska, for my 26th Associa­tion of College and University Printers conference where I spent four days catching up with old and new in-plant friends.

More than 135 print executives — including more than two dozen in-plant managers — are packing their bags right now for the 11th annual Inkjet Summit, which will kick off Monday evening at the Hyatt Lost Pines, outside of Austin, Texas.

About 20 in-plants gathered in Lansing, Michigan, yesterday for the second IPMA Road Show event. It continues today with a tour of the State of Michigan Print and Mail facility.

Dozens of in-plant managers from around the country met in San Diego last month for edu Business Solutions’ 10th annual Print Shop Pro User Group meeting, where they enjoyed three days of training, education and networking.

At the recent Association of College and University Printers (ACUP+) conference, IPI Editor Bob Neubauer interviewed a host of attendees to find out what issues are impacting their in-plants the most.

On Wednesday, April 5, the Association of College and University Printers honored numerous higher-ed and K-12 in-plants with ACUP+ Awards in a ceremony in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Higher-ed in-plant managers have been excitedly catching up with one another at the Association of College and University Printers (ACUP+) conference. More than 50 higher-ed and K-12 managers from the U.S. and Canada are in Lincoln, Nebraska, this week for the event.

Over the course of two days (March 23-24), Lindenmeyr Munroe hosted its second annual wide-format expo with more than 30 exhibitors and 500+ attendees in its wide-format experience center in Trenton, New Jersey.
