EAST HANOVER, NJ—Ace Lithographers has acquired Twill Inc., located in Berkeley Heights, NJ. Twill’s current location will become home to the combined entity, and Peter Twill and George Twill, shareholders of Twill Inc., will become employees of Ace, with a focus on business development.

Second-generation owners of two family businesses unite with the merger of Ace Lithographers and Twill Inc. As part of the contract, the combined entity will be located at Twill's site in Berkeley Heights, NJ, and Peter Twill and George Twill will become employees of Ace.
