DAYTON, OH—Cross-media specialist Think Patented has acquired Prime Marketing Cos. of Miamisburg, OH. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Think Patented's acquisition of Prime Marketing Cos. will help to enhance its robust portfolio of services, while also allowing it to create new services for its clients. Both groups will move into Think Patented’s new 75,000-square-foot state-of-the-art facility in Miamisburg, OH—which will house 110+ employees; offer expanded capabilities, and process efficiencies and advanced data security in a convenient location for clients.

EFI proved that "what happens in Vegas doesn't have to stay in Vegas," especially for the roughly 800 attendees who could select from more than 150 breakout and training sessions at the EFI Connect users' group meeting held here Jan. 15-18 at the Wynn Las Vegas. Sessions covered MIS/ERP software, Web-to-print systems, industrial inkjet printers and Fiery technology.

The National Assn. for Printing Leadership and Printing Industries of America have formed a task force to collaborate on and move forward with a unification process. The unification process is expected to take several months to reach completion.
