Ken May will resign as president and CEO of FedEx Kinko’s, effective March 31. Brian Phillips, COO of FedEx Kinko’s, will become acting CEO. May spent 25 years with the company. He assumed leadership of Dallas-based FedEx Kinkos in January 2006. He plans to pursue other interests and spend more time with his family. Yesterday the company reported third quarter revenue of $9.44 billion, up 10 percent from $8.59 billion the previous year.
