Have you always wanted to attend the Association of College and University Printers conference to network with your higher-ed and K-12 in-plant peers, but lack the travel budget to pay for it? Now you have an opportunity.
An ACUP+ conference grant has been established to provide financial assistance to help cover conference expenses for an employee of a print and mail operation at an educational institution. This grant is funded through the generous donations of ACUP+ conference sponsors. The grant application and selection process is being administered through a partnership with The Print and Graphics Scholarship Foundation.
To qualify for the grant, in-plant employees at educational institutions must provide proof of denial of conference attendance due to lack of funds or other reasons. A grant will be awarded in the amount of up to $4,000 to reimburse expenses to attend the 2026 ACUP+ conference, taking place in Dallas from March 29- April 2. Reimbursable expenses include conference registration, economy airfare, ground transportation, and lodging at the official ACUP+ conference hotel.
Don’t delay. The application deadline is December 19, 2025. Find out more here.
