With its annual conference set to kick off on March 29, the Association of College and University Printers (ACUP+) has announced a set of new board members who were recently nominated from colleagues across the organization. New board members were elected by the process of acclamation or appointed to backfill a current board position.

Kim Stanford, of the University of Alaska Anchorage, will serve as the organization’s vice president. Kim has worked at the University of Alaska Anchorage since 1990 and was selected as the director of general support services at UAA in 2011. General Support Services includes the Copy & Print Center (unfunded recharge center), Mailroom & Central Receiving, Surplus & Property, and Recycling. She has been a member of ACUP+ since fall of 2013, serving on the Membership Committee that same year and was subsequently elected to the Board of Directors as secretary in 2016 and then as vice president (2019–2023).

Jennifer Hunt, with Oregon State University, will take on the role as secretary. Jennifer is the client relations manager for OSU Printing & Mailing, where she has served since 2019. With more than 35 years of experience in the print industry, she brings a broad and deep understanding of print production, spanning small independent shops, nationwide forms printing, large-scale commercial operations, and specialty paper applications. Her expertise encompasses traditional offset, digital, and large-format printing, allowing her to approach projects with both technical precision and creative vision.
New members at large are Mike Puckett, Vanderbilt University, and Tina Wolfgram, University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire.

A native Tennessean, Mike Puckett has an extensive management background in the public sector, and in 2022 joined Vanderbilt University’s Printing Services to rebuild the once thriving but recently closed shop. Since transitioning to an educational in-plant, he has proven its value to the university by growing from a staff of three to 10. The operation has demonstrated growth with the addition of new printing categories such as laser engraving, promotional/swag merchandise, and direct to film printing.

Tina Wolfgram has more than 40 years of experience in the printing industry, including 27 years at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. After spending her first 14 years in the private sector, she joined the University in 1999, where the printing department operates as a fully self‑supporting unit. Throughout her time at UW-Eau Claire, Tina has held multiple roles within the printing department and has served as manager for several years. She has been a member of the ACUP Education Committee since 2024
Completing the board are current members Tammy Elliott, ACUP+ president (the University of the South); Justin Van Nest, treasurer (Oklahoma City Community College); Jessica Anderson, member at large (Kishwaukee College), and Gary Warren, member at large (formerly of Fayetteville State University).
On March 29, the ACUP+ conference will begin in Dallas, featuring four days of educational sessions, keynote presentations, a vendor display area, and a tour of a local in-plant. ACUP+ is the only organization in the United States that specifically supports educational in-plant printing and mailing operations. Together, ACUP+ members from K-12 and higher education institutions can leverage shared knowledge, experience, and resources to help all in-plant operations grow and succeed.
