Effective June 1, 2020, Anajet, Inc. will officially merge with its parent company, Ricoh Printing Systems America, Inc. (RPSA). All of Anajet’s current support teams, services, and products will remain the same.
Anajet, a pioneer the direct-to-garment industry, was acquired by Ricoh in 2016 and has operated as a wholly-owned subsidiary. Fully merging Anajet into RPSA will simplify collaboration between print divisions, reduce overhead, and streamline operations by consolidating management teams.
The merger will be completed with a minimal effect on Anajet customers. In the coming weeks, the old Anajet logo will be phased out and Anajet will rebrand as the direct-to-garment printing division of RPSA under the Ricoh logo.
