BBH Makes Training Top 125 List
Böwe Bell + Howell (BBH) ranked 30th in The Training Top 125, which evaluates companies for leadership in employer-sponsored training and development programs. This is the company's highest ranking so far. BBH has been named to the list nine out of the 11 years that the competition has been conducted by Training magazine, a publication for learning and development.
Jeff Gruber, BBH vice president of Human Resources, says the ranking validates the investment the company has put into its curriculum.
In 2010, BBH provided the following:
• 7,148 hours of classroom technical and business training conducted for 1,106 associates, representing 187 unique classes.
• 2,708 operator training hours conducted for 573 customers, representing 137 sessions held at customer sites.
• 1,273 hours of e-learning accessed by 2,234 students.
