ACUP Three Months Away
In just just three months, the Association of College and University Printers (ACUP) conference will take place in Harrisburg, Pa. After last year's successful Dallas conference—ACUP's first meeting as a non-profit organization—Bucknell University will be hosting this year's event from April 22-26.
Confirmed keynote speakers include Barb Pellow, Group Director of InfoTrends, who will use industry statistics to identify opportunities for in-plants, and Mark Fallon, CEO of the Berkshire Co., who will analyze the state of the mail industry. Other topics will include Group FSC certification, copier fleet management, Web-to-print and metrics for measuring operational performance.
One highlight will be a trip to Lewisburg, Pa., to tour the Bucknell University Publications, Print and Mail operation. While there, attendees will be among the first to screen a documentary: Linotype: The Film.
