Aflac In-plant Attains ISO Certification

Aflac's printing subsidiary, Communicorp, has been awarded Quality Management Certification, having met the standards set forth by the International Organization for Standards (ISO), a developer and publisher of International Standards.

In June, SRI Quality System Registrar of Pittsburgh reviewed Communicorp’s management system and informed the Columbus, Ga.-based operation that it meets the rigorous ISO standards. ISO standards are derived from an international consensus on good quality-management practices and require a strong business management process and equally strong documentation of how the company meets its goals and provides excellent customer service.
