East Carolina Ticket Book Wins Best of Show

At the IPMA awards banquet last week in Milwaukee, Brigham Young University wasn’t the only Best of Show winner. East Carolina University Printing & Graphics also earned that distinguished award when its football ticket book was selected out of all of the digitally printed pieces.

The 31-employee print and mail operation had won an In-Print 2014 Gold award for its personalized book for football season ticket holders. The piece contained fans’ tickets, parking passes and Pirate Club membership cards. Prior to the book’s release, all three items had been sent to fans in three separate mailings. Creating the personalized, spiral-bound books took months and the participation of every in-plant employee.
