In-plants to Gather in Chicago on Monday

In-plant managers are already on their way to Chicago for Print 09. On Monday, In-Plant Graphics plans to gather all of them into one room for a breakfast roundtable discussion. More than 50 managers have already signed up for this Ricoh-sponsored event, which will focus on digital color printing, and others are welcome to join us.

It will take place on Monday, September 14, from 8:30-10:00 (before the show floor opens) in room N-136 in McCormick Place. IPG Editor Bob Neubauer will discuss digital printing trends in the in-plant industry, and will moderate a discussion by managers who have purchased digital presses and others who are considering doing so. It will be a great opportunity for managers to meet one another and share stories over breakfast.

On Tuesday, September 15, the In-Plant Printing and Mailing Association will present a session on Web-to-print solutions for in-plants. Starting at noon in room 502a/b (lunch will be provided), the 90-minute meeting will bring together four software companies with in-plant printers to showcase their Web-to-print solutions and offer insights into the key components of a successful system.
