The former in-plant for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida has a new owner. ZeroChaos, a managed service provider, has acquired Florida Blue's Incepture subsidiary, reported the Jacksonville Business Journal on Tuesday.
With a 77,000 square-foot facility in Jacksonville, Incepture Print Solutions had been operating as one of the largest commercial print-to-mail operations in North Florida. According to the Business Journal, Incepture started out as part of Florida Blue before being spun off. In addition to its printing services, Incepture helps customers hire on-call and on-demand workers, with recent job postings focused on IT and analyst jobs as well as several health care positions. Customers include Lender Processing Services, CSX Corp. and Baptist Health.
John Cloonan, ZeroChaos' marketing director, says that ZeroChaos will continue working with all of Incepture's clients and adds that ZeroChaos generally doesn't reduce headcount after acquisitions.
