IPI to Hold In-plant Forum at Expo
Equipment and software aren’t the only reasons in-plants will be heading to PRINTING United Expo in September. Networking and education will be big draws as well, and In-plant Impressions plans to provide both.
Once again, IPI will host a free In-plant Forum during PRINTING United Expo to bring in-plant managers together during the show. The forum will take place on day two of the three-day Expo: Thursday Oct. 23, from 2:00-3:00 pm in room S310 E-F. Register here.
IPI Editor Bob Neubauer will review trends and data impacting in-plants, taken from brand new IPI and Alliance Insights research. He will unveil new in-plant survey data showing how in-plants are using artificial intelligence, how they are dealing with staffing shortages, their progress into inkjet, and how tariffs are impacting them. This will be followed by an open discussion about these and other issues during which managers can share their own concerns and insights.
The In-plant Forum is open only to in-plants and will be a great opportunity for in-plant managers meet up during the Expo, network, and exchange ideas. Managers must register here in advance, and space is limited. It will take place in Room S310 E at the Orange County Convention Center. (If you haven’t yet registered to attend the Expo, do that first. Click here for free Expo registration courtesy of IPMA, using this code: 929281.)
Other In-plant Activities
The In-plant Forum is not the only activity PRINTING United Expo has in store for in-plants, however. The In-plant Printing and Mailing Association (IPMA) will host a breakfast session earlier the same day from 7:30 am – 9:00 am in room N310F. All in-plants are invited, IPMA members and non-members. Register here for IPMA’s breakfast.
After the show floor closes that day, IPMA will also host a happy hour for in-plants in the same room, from 5:00-7:00 p.m. All of these events will be great opportunities to mingle with your in-plant peers and compare notes about what you have seen on the Expo floor.
