Identify Your In-plant's Budgeted Hourly Rates
To demonstrate your value to upper management it is essential to recover or quantify all of your costs through budgeted hourly rates. To help in-plants learn more about calculating budgeted hourly rates as well as impression costs on digital equipment, the In-Plant Printing & Mailing Association (IPMA) is hosting a webinar next Wednesday, April 11.
This special one-hour session (which starts at 1:00 EST) will be led by Debbie Pavletich, manager of Graphic Services at Briggs & Stratton Corp. She will walk attendees through the development of budgeted hourly rates. With a yearly budget exceeding $9 million, Briggs & Stratton's full service design and print facility has a customer base of over 200 corporate departments and 75 external customers.
