One of the great things about the In-plant Printing and Mailing Association (IPMA) conference is that it gives in-plant managers an opportunity to share ideas that have worked in their shops with other managers. Several of the presentations at this year's conference were given by in-plant managers. One of them, Matt Doughty, of the University of Kansas Medical Center, offered fellow managers some sage advice.
In his IPMA session entitled "How to Swim with Sharks," Doughty discussed the advantages of sharing cost data with your staff. IPG Editor Bob Neubauer interviewed him after his session and put together this short video.
