Duplo USA wowed the crowds at PRINTING United with its fully automated Duplo DC-618 slitter/cutter/creaser, which offers significant enhancements over its predecessor, the DC-616 Pro. Processing speed has been boosted from 10 to 23 sheets per minute and paper weight specifications have increased from 350 to 400 gsm. The PC Controller software and LCD control panel interfaces are more intuitive and user-friendly. With the ability to process up to six slits, 30 cuts and 20 creases in one pass, the DC-618 delivers applications such as business cards, postcards, brochures, and book covers with a full-bleed finish. High-Speed Rotary Diecutter

Designed for use with flexible dies, Martin Yale’s Count Dyna-Cut rotary diecutter offers high-speed output of up to 6,000 cycles per hour. The Dyna-Cut produces not only single and multiple-up pieces but a variety of paper stocks up to 14x20˝. It’s a top-feeding vacuum system with a large 8˝ capacity feeder. Its conveyor system has an in-line scrap separator.
