Some Questions are Threats in Disguise

What are the questions that should be setting off those internal alarms for an in-plant manager? In a new article from NAPL senior consultant Howie Fenton, he explains how managers can be aware of these dangerous phrases and how they can be prepared to combat them.

“Unfortunately, the only way to know for sure if a question is a threat is when you don't answer it and it becomes a talking point to outsource the work,” Fenton relates. “The lesson here is to listen closely to questions about the in-plant, and even adopt a slightly paranoid attitude as you listen.”
