Spiral Acquires Northeast Binding Systems, Prepares for Graph Expo
Spiral James Burn (Spiral Binding Company) completed its fourth acquisition in the last 12 months by acquiring Northeast Binding Systems (NBS) of Pleasantville, NY. For 25 years NBS was focused on being a resource for diversified presentation products to the local business community.
Robert Roth, the President of Spiral, commented “Northeast Binding Systems was a very well-run organization and a formidable competitor. We look forward to continuing Northeast Binding Systems’ legacy of providing spectacular service to their customers.”
The previous acquisitions were similar regional graphic arts dealers: PDP Systems (Austin, TX), ImageBind Systems (Clifton Park, NY), and Premier Business Systems (Clearwater, FL).
For over 80 years Spiral has been one of the largest binding and document finishing equipment and supply companies in North America with strategically placed warehouses to provide quick and cheap delivery.
