Tractor-Trailer Crash Spills Rolls of Paper Across I-95

An early morning accident involving two tractor-trailers and a spill of rolls of paper onto the highway jammed traffic on Interstate 95 northbound in Norwalk for the Tuesday morning commute, according to the Connecticut Department of Transportation and the Norwalk Fire Department.
