The state of Washington has selected a new state printer: Jean-Luc Devis, director of Printing & Mailing Services at Oregon State University and a member of IPG’s editorial advisory board. He replaces Larry Weber who recently retired from the position. A well-known face at ACUP and IPMA conferences, where he has led several presentations over the years on customer service issues, Devis has been at OSU since the fall of 2002.
