New Year's Wishes for In-plants

In his latest blog entry, Consultant Ray Chambers talks about his efforts to help top management understand why their in-plant really is a core part of their business. While talking with managers, he says he can't help but wish that more in-plants would help him defend them by proactively showing their relevance and becoming more visible within their organizations.
