Glenda Miley, manager of Auburn University’s CopyCat operation, solved a bindery problem that was slowing down her in-plant’s turnaround times.
“When our offset side closed down, we were dependent on them for most of our finishing like saddle-stitching, large-volume cutting and perfect binding. We started out trying to farm this out to local printers, but could not depend on them to get us the job back in a timely manner.
