Müller Martini and Hunkeler Bring 'Stronger Together' to Expo

Müller Martini and Hunkeler will showcase real-world solutions for modern print production at PRINTING United Expo 2026, taking place September 23–25 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Attendees are invited to visit Booth #N6129 to see how strong partnerships, proven technologies and connected workflows can help printers succeed in an increasingly demanding marketplace.

Under the show motto “Stronger Together,” Müller Martini and Hunkeler will present integrated solutions for direct mail and book manufacturing. Live demonstrations will combine the expertise and technologies of Müller Martini, Hunkeler and industry partners, including Heidelberg and Solema.

The direct mail demonstration will feature a GEN8 Direct Mail Line integrated with a Heidelberg folder, producing both 3-up postcards and folded flyers. The solution will include the integrated Hunkeler WI8 Web Inspection System, supporting reliable quality assurance throughout the production process.

For book manufacturing, Müller Martini will showcase a connected softcover production line featuring the new Separo PRO, Vareo PRO perfect binder, InfiniTrim three-knife trimmer and an automated palletizing solution from Solema.

The Separo PRO will be unveiled at PRINTING United Expo 2026 and will perform live inline with the Vareo PRO perfect binder. Visitors to Booth #N6129 in Las Vegas, September 23–25, will receive an exclusive first look at this latest innovation in automated book production.

All showcased solutions will be connected through the Müller Martini CONNEX workflow system, demonstrating how different technologies and production processes can operate within a common workflow environment.

The “Stronger Together” theme reflects the close relationship between Müller Martini and Hunkeler, as well as the partnerships that help shape successful print production. It also represents the companies’ long-term relationships with their customers. Through MMServices, customers receive continued support throughout the lifecycle of their equipment, helping maintain productivity, reliability and performance for years to come.

Visitors can also learn more about Hunkeler Innovationdays 2027, taking place February 22–25 in Lucerne, Switzerland. A competition promoted on folded flyers produced live at the booth will give attendees the opportunity to win a trip to Switzerland and experience the industry event firsthand.
