New IPG Blogs Cover Workflow, Six Sigma

IPG's new bloggers have been busy. This week both Gordon Rivera and Greg Cholmondeley have posted blogs focusing on Six Sigma concepts and workflow automation solutions for in-plants.

• After detailing what EFI’s Fiery JobFlow can do for in-plants in last week's blog, Greg Cholmondeley delves into Canon’s PRISMAdirect integrated workflow automation package this week, and explains how it can provide in-plants an integrated way to get the core benefits of MIS, production automation and online submission in one package.
• Then Gordon Rivera gives a personal example of Six Sigma concepts in action by relating his recent car-shopping experience during which one dealer met the "voice of the customer" requirements and the other did not.
