Only a third of those working in the printing industry are women. So that makes it even more extraordinary that three in-plants have ended up being staffed and managed entirely by women.

When Cedarville University Postal & Print Services installed its Ricoh Pro C901 Graphic Arts Edition digital color printer in 2011, the 10-employee operation was quite happy with it. It greatly improved the quality of the color materials printed for the university’s Enrollment Services division, making the in-plant an integral part of the university’s marketing efforts.

To make itself even more integral to the university's marketing strategy, Cedarville University Postal & Print Services installed a Ricoh Pro C901 Graphic Arts Edition digital color printer.

Cedarville University’s Postal & Print Services has earned the prestigious Management Award from the In-Plant Printing and Mailing Association (IPMA). This award is presented annually to one outstanding in-plant that excels in efficient management practices to further the objectives of its parent organization.
