Five Companies Win Inkjet Summit Awards

The 14th annual Inkjet Summit wrapped up Wednesday night, April 29, with an awards banquet at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa in San Antonio, Texas. It was the largest Inkjet Summit yet, bringing more than 300 printing industry professionals together for two-and-a-half days of education, case study presentations, 1:1 meetings, and peer networking.
The event was once again a great success and, as is customary on the final evening of the Summit, five sponsors were presented with the coveted "Best Sponsor Case Study Presentation" awards, and one was named the "Company to Watch Out For" — all chosen by Summit attendees. Here are the winners:

- Best Sponsor Case Study Presentation – Publishing: Muller Martini
- Best Sponsor Case Study Presentation – Direct Mail: EMT International

- Company to Watch Out For: Kyocera (for the second year in a row)
To celebrate the hard work of the attendees who participated in sessions and case studies, one attendee was also honored as the "Overall Contributing Attendee." This year that award went to Tonya Spiers, president/owner of Knight Abbey
Next year the Inkjet Summit will return to the Lonestar State. It will take place April 19-21, 2027, again at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa in San Antonio. Bob has served as editor of In-plant Impressions since October of 1994. Prior to that he served for three years as managing editor of Printing Impressions, a commercial printing publication. Mr. Neubauer is very active in the U.S. in-plant industry. He attends all the major in-plant conferences and has visited 200 in-plant operations around the world. He has given presentations to numerous in-plant groups in the U.S., Canada and Australia, including the Association of College and University Printers and the In-plant Printing and Mailing Association. He also coordinates the annual In-Print contest, co-sponsored by IPMA and In-plant Impressions.
