More than 125 print executives — including about two dozen in-plant managers — are packing their bags right now for the 14th annual Inkjet Summit, which will kick off Monday evening in San Antonio, Texas, at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Villas. This year's Summit is the largest one yet.
Presented annually by PRINTING United Alliance, Printing Impressions, and In-plant Impressions, the Inkjet Summit is an invitation-only, hosted event specifically designed for senior-level managers and business executives at printing companies and in-plants who want to understand technology trends and make investment decisions around production inkjet printing technology.
Bob Neubauer moderates a panel discussion at the 2025 Inkjet Summit featuring inkjet users from Intermountain Health, East Baton Rouge Schools, Jurupa USD and the State of Tennessee.
Conference Chair Marco Boer, VP of I.T. Strategies, will start the summit Monday night with an information-packed keynote focusing on reasons for optimism in the document printing industry.
Tuesday will begin with a session on artificial intelligence and how it is impacting inkjet. Other sessions throughout the summit will cover finishing systems, recruitment and retention of employees, and expansion opportunities.
For three days, in-plant managers will mingle with printing company owners and senior-level operations managers, sharing real-life experiences and enjoying a nonstop program of keynotes, user panel discussions, and expert consultant presentations. Sponsors will also present in-plant case studies featuring successful inkjet implementations.
With a track specifically for in-plant managers, this year’s summit will include managers from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas, Brigham Young University, Encompass Health, U.S. GPO, Hemet Unified School District, Hillsboro School District, Hunter Engineering, Mayo Clinic, North East Independent School District, Oklahoma City Community College, Richardson ISD, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Val Verde USD, Seminole County Public Schools, Blue Valley Unified School District, Jenks Public Schools, Valley View School District, CVS Health, Frisco ISD, Wolters Kluwer Financial Services, and more.
Keynote Sponsors for the 2026 summit are Canon U.S.A., Kyocera Document Solutions America, Ricoh Graphic Communications, and Screen Americas. They will be joined by more than 50 solution providers. Attendees will be able to learn more about them in a series of 1:1 meetings taking place Tuesday and Wednesday. The event will wrap up with an awards dinner on Wednesday evening.
Watch for coverage next week of the 14th annual Inkjet Summit.
