Start gathering your best printed pieces now to enter them into In-Print™ 2026, the only printing contest exclusively for in-plants. Jointly sponsored by In-plant Impressions and the In-plant Printing and Mailing Association (IPMA), the contest is an excellent way to show off the quality of your printing.
Entering In-Print can win your in-plant more than just a plaque. Past winners say their awards have earned them increased recognition and more business. What’s more, winning an In-Print award shows departments the in-plant can produce high-quality printing—something that will make them think twice before sending their next job outside.
The best reason to enter, though, is to celebrate the skill and dedication of your operators — the people who make your organization’s printed pieces shine. Showcasing their work brings pride, satisfaction, and a real boost to team morale. Don’t miss the chance to honor their craftsmanship and commitment.
The contest has numerous categories for both “Offset” and “Non-Offset” pieces. There are also several categories focusing on wide-format printing and installations. Six categories are open only to in-plants with 10 or fewer employees.
Though the In-Print contest is open to all in-plants, IPMA members receive a special perk: their first three entries are free. (See contest rules for details.)
Though many shops enter only those three items, the big winners know they increase their chances by submitting a lot of entries. They recoup their expenses with the recognition they receive.
Entries must be registered online by February 20, 2026 and received no later than February 27, 2026, so start collecting samples now. Go through your printed work and pick out examples that are perfect in every way — great registration, crisp folds and no hickeys. Selecting flawless samples is the best way to ensure that your pieces make it through the first round of scrutiny by our eagle-eye judges.
